At the heart of our business is our 1000+ carers that provide care across Victoria - from Gippsland to Melbourne, The Macedon Ranges, Bendigo, Shepparton, and Horsham.
We're looking for care workers in the Gippsland area to work in our Residential Home in Traralagon, or in our Home Care Service in post codes of your choosing.
WHAT YOU DO MATTERS
Caring for our elders matters. You touch the lives of those you care for and their families. At the same time, you cherish small moments and celebrate life stories.
But you need a team that cares for you! Part-time hours, regular shifts, or flexible work hours that suit your other commitments like study, grandchildren, or school drop-offs to help you do your best - at work and at home. It’s the reason you are here, the stories you have to tell, and the possibilities we can create together that matter. Whether you are an experienced carer, recently graduated, currently studying (a certificate), or not yet qualified. We’re here to support you.
RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE
Our residential aged care homes are just that, a home for our residents. You’ll work as part of a team of people and help with showering, dressing, simple cleaning, linen service, and meals. But you’ll also be there to spend time with residents, share stories, connect and show kindness and empathy.
We have regular part-time morning, afternoon and night shifts. If it suits you, weekends too. It can be a great learning environment if you’re new to the industry as you’ll be exposed to experienced carers and nursing staff.
COMMUNITY CARE
Supporting our elders in their homes means you are one–on–one with clients. You could drop in to help with personal care or domestic duties in the morning or evening. Or keep clients connected to their community through activities they love - like walking, gardening, going out for a coffee or lunch, and transporting them to appointments.
A typical day includes 2-4 client visits for 1-3 hours Monday to Friday.
