Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as First Line Manager, you will be responsible to deliver the shift / line objectives by empowering and engage people to develop their capabilities. Ensure line production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements.
A day in the life of...
- Ensure the finished goods are consistently manufactured according to standards of quality and relevant manufacturing instructions (compliance).
- Ensure the working areas are clean and maintained in working order including all installations in accordance to Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices (NGMP)
- Manage production process effectively through operational reviews and use standard routines to ensure sustainable results.
- Implement basic problem-solving tools and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure the identified development plan and assure the competencies of the team as per the agreed plan with Production Manager
- Ensure constant dialogue with relevant stakeholders (line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions, functional representatives on the line).
What will make you successful
- Minimum Bachelor of Food Technology or any Engineering background
- Having minimum 4 years of experience in similar position e.g., Production Supervisor or Assistant Manager of Production
- Independent player and self-driven but able to work in a team
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently under challenging deadlines
- Good Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Have deep insight of the process and continuously strive for the improvement
